Who is Jack Dickey?

Jack Dickey (1990- ) is a staff writer at Sports Illustrated, covering baseball, football, and collisions between sports, politics, and media. He has been writing for SI since 2013. He has also been a staff writer for TIME and Deadspin.

He received the 2015 Nellie Bly Cub Reporter award from the New York Press Club, and he appeared in The Best American Sportswriting 2014.

He studied English at Columbia and graduated in 2013, magna cum laude. He was born and raised in Guilford, Conn., and now lives on the Upper West Side of Manhattan.
